One year after the symbolic outbreak of the crisis, the time has come for presenting summaries and forecasts. The participants of the market are currently searching for the answer to the fundamental question: how to plan their operations for the coming years, when the market conditions are so difficult? These issues will be considered by the speakers at the third „Polish Residential Market” conference, where REAS is the content partner.

The guest of honor at the conference will be professor Leszek Balcerowicz, who will share with the participants his vision of the condition and the perspectives of the Polish economy. Afterwards, REAS experts will deliver their introductory lectures: dr. Władysław Jan Brzeski will talk about the current situation in global residential markets as well as their relations with the Polish market, while Kazimierz Kirejczyk will present market development scenario for the year 2010 and coming years.

The conference will gather more than 30 speakers and over 200 participants who play an active role in the Polish residential market. All invited guests are practitioners with many years of experience, who deal with problems resulting from the current crisis on a daily basis.
